This was my first time ever having to deal with a funeral home, and honestly, I had no idea what to expect. They made an incredibly difficult experience feel a little easier and made me feel completely comfortable knowing they were caring for and handling my baby with such gentleness and respect. You are in our thoughts, and we are always here if you ever need anything.Simple, quick, no hassle. We just needed a cheap and easy with no frills cremation. I spoke with several others who pushed big packages with a bunch of things we didn't want or need followed by so many calls it was annoying. Ascend had other options and packages available but listened to what I wanted, didn't try to pressure me or harass me with calls and emails, and they were by far the easiest to deal with. Took me maybe 10 minutes to review and sign everything and was done. They took care of all the permits and death certificate as well.

We're grateful for your kind feedback.One has to possess a unique amount of passion, consideration and empathy to be in this business. A cousin, whom I was not close to, recently passed. Valerie, Ellie and thier staff were patient, assisting me WORKING BACKWARDS how my cousin arrived at their location: county coroner, where he passed, hospice, and an assumed power of attorney; sometimes calling and visiting several times in one day. Prior to departing for a previous planned mini vacation, I thought it a good idea to view the body... as there were so many variables. That could have been any schmuck off the street. They pulled the body out of the refrigerator, and had him presented with a white rose laying on his chest. I express my sincerest gratitude for the assistance, Ascend Cremations provided. If there is anything to say I did not know that viewing my husband once before the cremation would cost 100.00 extra. And I know that they don't prepare the body and all because he was being cremated but a suggestion for them would have to at least glue his mouth shut. That was kind of upsetting. Other then that they were great and kind.

Navigating everything from out of town adds so much extra stress, so I am really glad our team could adjust to your schedule and take good care of you.Always a difficult time when a loved one passes. When my Mother died we needed cremation services as she is to be interned with my Father in a National Cemetery. Ascend Creamations was excellent. I loved the ability to do most of the paperwork online. There was none of car salesman approach I have experienced at other mortuaries in the past. The communication was excellent, the setup was easy, the pickup of her remains was timely, and the variety of packages and additional options was very convenient. All my interactions with staff were courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend them for cremation services.

They saved my horrible situation that another area funeral home created. When I was told abruptly by the other funeral home that they would not fill the jewelry I brought when I picked up my loved one Ascend came to the rescue! As soon as I Googled them and called them they said to just come in - no appointment necessary. Since I had not done the cremation there they said it would be a cost of $25 - no problem. When I arrived Jessica greeted me so warmly. It was very quick and then the one of the kindest gestures - she told me they were not going to charge for it. She recognized that not only was a dealing with such a significant loss in my life but being put through a very unprofessional situation by the funeral home that had cremated him. Thank you soooooo much Ascend for caring for me and my loved one so much during this very difficult time. You are so caring and so professional!

From the first call and email, they were compassionate and answered all the questions no matter how small. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a crematorium, they helped us alot and you can tell they really cared about their job. We cremated our mother at that facility. They allowed us to have a Hindu ceremony n prayers with priest, and allowed us all the time we needed. Cost was fair and affordable for any average family. The staff Valerie and her assistant very kind, polite, and sensitive to our needs.
